Bar La Grassa has been one of our favorite places to go in the cities. We have been here 5-6 times in the past year and have loved all of the dishes we have ordered. The soft eggs & lobster bruschetta is one everyone needs to try. The beans and bread before the meal are both delicious, and the chocolates you get at the end of your meal are a wonderful treat. The best pasta we have had around Minneapolis.

BLG is amazing. The staff is friendly, caring, and always has a smile for for you. All the pasta is made fresh daily in house. They have ingredients that you can find no where else in Minneapolis. Open kitchen so you can see the action. My partner and I love Bar La Grassa. It was the restaurant he picked for our first surprise date. I have been impressed every time we go since then. Come eat and drink here, you won't be disappointed!!

We love bar la Grassa for their excellent food and superb service. And the host Phil is especially friendly and accommodating. We loved the grilled prawns and the Scallops. Their pasta is very fresh. We would definitely go back.

Absolutely fabulous food, service, and ambiance. The cavatelli with braised rabbit is one of my favorite dishes in Minneapolis. As a person who will always prefer a beer over wine, there's usually only one or two worthwhile beers on tap here, but as with many fine(r) dining Italian spots, sometimes that's how it goes. Also, as a fine(r) dining experience, prepare to spend a bit. Can be a long wait but I've had success spot sniping in the bar.

Visiting Minneapolis we enjoyed an evening at Bar La Grasse. The food was very flavorful, reasonably priced and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The only downside is the restaurant is very loud. It’s a shame I can’t find pasta like this in my neighborhood.
